@Three_Stacey The link was available on my phone this morning but wouldn't let me sign in, I attempted to use add-ons from my Three account just getting a message saying"sorry couldn't find what you're looking for", and now when I try to add from my phone I'm back to getting that "we're making things even better" page. This is so frustrating!!
Thanks for letting me know @Stephen_33014 I've already raised and investigation with our tech team for this error. As soon as I get an update I'll let you know.
@Three_Stacey I’m now getting the below error, I’m using an iPhone 16 with an Apple Watch series 9, both of which are on the latest version of OS. My account is up-to-date and I don’t have any outstanding orders, I Called Suport earlier today I was told to try again later, I also tried to send you a PM but do not see the option to private message you. Am I doing something wrong?
@Three_Stacey I got mobile service setup ok on my iWatch, however getting same error message as @Stephen_33014 when tried to setup on my wife’s iWatch. We have family plan and not sure if that has an impact. I tried contacting tech support via chat this evening and was advised to try again in 24hrs, however do you have any input(s) on how to resolve this?
ps now my shopping basket on my3 is also constantly giving an error message after trying to add mobile service app to my wife’s number and I’m unable to clear my basket, any input on how to fix this too?
Morning @Clarky when you were trying to set this up for your wife did you use the same My3 login as you used when setting up your account or did you use her login? If you used yours you'll need to try again using your wife's login details.
@Stephen_33014 please pop me a PM with your name, number, full address and date of birth so that I can take a look at your account please.
@Three_Stacey I was using my login, as mentioned it’s a family contract/plan so both her and my mobile numbers are on my account. So unsure if she can or can’t login, and even if she can the bill is only for my account so the monthly fee for hers should be on my account too?
So how do we work around this?
