5G Router

Hi the new 5G Router requires an antenna which is supplied. If I don't want to use the antenna will I still be able to receive improved bandwidth over my current 4G router? Thanks P.

@Add_08467 Hi there, normally the antenna that comes with the router we provide can be installed to help improve the signal strength throughout your home it won't affect bandwidth. What is the make & model of the new router?

Hi thank you but I don’t think you got my question. I want to use the new 5G router without the antenna. Can I do so and will it still improve speeds beyond that of the 4G router?

What router are you referring to Peter? I'll check then if the antenna is required.

Hi @Add_08467 thanks for confirming the device make and model. With this device, the use of antennas would be necessary.
