All you need to do to add your partner as an authorised contact on your accounts is contact Customer Care either by calling 1913 or by chatting with our Messaging team. They'll need you to provide your partner's details name, address etc.

I'd be happy to assist you here, if you are looking to change the name on the bill you would need to complete a change of ownership to your Sons name and once this is completed the name will appear on next months bill. Once a bill has been published the name on the account would be the name that appears on the bill and unfortunately we wouldn't be able to change past bills.
Hi Niall, thank you for your response. I do not want to change the account ownerships as I will still be paying for the internet, I just want him to be added to my bill so there will be 2 people visible on the bill. I recall it was very easy to be made when we were with Electric Ireland and my wife was adding me to her bill. Can you assist with adding my son to it please
I understand @Oleg_97411 however the only name that would appear on the bill is the account holder. If this was something Electric Ireland has done for you previously with a different service then you would need to contact them directly however the only way to change the name on the bills or add your sons name to the bill for future bills would be to change the name of the account holder on the account.
I see. I was previously told that it is possible to add another person on the bill by visiting your store in the city and making it a joint account. Could you please confirm if it is possible and by doing so one more person can appear on the new bill? I am also wondering if it will not break my current contract as I do not want to pay early cancellation fees. Thank you.
@Oleg_97411 if you have a bill pay account with Three the only way you would be able to change the name on the bill is by completing a change of ownership and this would require closing the account and switching the details into your Son's name on the new account as the contract and credit vetting would have been agreed in your name. The bill would then appear in his name from the first month after the change.
