Cancellation Fee But No Service

Hello, 

I need some advice. A few months ago I got the 5G WiFi 6 broadband but now I have to move. Where I am moving too there is no 5G service on the coverage checker. I rang three to see if I can cancel without a cancellation fee since they can’t provide the service. They said I still have to pay it which is 800 something.

any ideas on what I can do since I can’t afford that.

Hey @Anonymous, with the 5G Broadband packages we can only guarantee that you will receive 5G at the address that you have provided however with the 5G Broadband devices these can also pick up 4G and 3G connections if 5G is not available at the new address. If you are looking to cancel the broadband account before the end of the contract you you be charged for the remainder of the contract on your final bill and you can view the terms and conditions of the 5G Broadband plans here.
