Hi Niall, I am looking at the available firmware updates on the Zyxel site for this model and the one offered by three seems to be quite a ways behind the Zyxel latest. Many security bugs fixed by Zyxel in the meantime. Also, I've noticed an issue with the Wireless MAC Authentication, wireless devices which are not added to the allowlist can still connect, which is not how it's supposed to work, according to the Zyxel docs.
Ultimately, I want to setup my own router, using the Zyxel one as a dumb modem. How do I do this? Is it as simple as changing the ETHWAN Mode from Routing to Bridge? Or are the other params which must be changed, too?
