How can I check what broadband device I can upgrade to?

Hi, 

My current download speed is 7 and gets progressively worse as the day goes on.  I recently borrowed a 5g router and the ookla speed test showed my download speed increased to 31.  There was a massive improvement in performance.  I see that I am eligible for an upgrade in my mobile broadband device on 21 May but if it's not to a 5g router, there would be no point.  How can I check what device I am eligible to upgrade to?

@Add_07260 Hi there, when you're due for an upgrade you'll be able to choose between staying with our 4G broadband service or changing to a newer 5G plan which would also include a new 5G router. 

If you call our care team on freephone 1913 on or after May 21st they'll go through your upgrade options.
