MC7010 - Sim locked or not?

Can anyone advise if the MC7010 is sim locked or not please?

Hey @Gerard_59145 thanks for posting here, to check if your device is network unlocked you would need to try a non Three SIM in the device. If the device is network locked you can request an unlocking by going to the unlock-my-phone page.

Thanks Niall, it appears to be unlocked.

Can you advise how to cancel my broadband, it was end of contract on the 3rd of January.

When I call 1913 there is no option to do anything without entering a mobile number.

I have tried filling in the contact form but this also does not mention a broadband option and I may not get a reply to it seeing as I could not provide a mobile number or previous cal info.

@Gerard_59145 sorry to hear you want to cancel your broadband account, to cancel your account you would need to call 1913 with your broadband number which you can find on your bill and the team can place the 30 days notice on the account for you,
