Proof of usage

Hi,

I have just used online chat to request proof of usage for insurance claim. I explained what it was for and that it also needs to show phone has been blacklisted.

I was told that I have to get that document from My3. Left the chat, went to My3 but can’t find anywhere that I can access the POU information. 

How do I get this?

I'd be happy to look into this for you, pop through to me here on PM along with the affected number, full name, address and date of birth as I will need to check the account to confirm that the device has been blacklisted.
