I have just got 5G wifi which is quite good but I cannot connect to the ztc router app. It tells me my device is not connected and I need to connect to the ztc hotspot. My device is already connected to the three wifi so not sure what to do. I have also tried to connect to router home page online using is on back of router but that doesn't work either. Have also tried the usual rebooting etc, any ideas
