I have Huawei B535 Prepay Broadband account that was initially set up in May 2020 used for a few months and then moth balled for a 1.5 years and restarted last week. Back in 2020 topping up 20 euro, was enough to do the prepay plan, however when I topped up last week with 20 euro nothing happened. So I contacted CS and they said it's because I now need to top up 30 euro (in one chunk) to activate the prepay plan. So I did this but it now means I have 20 euros which is not doing anything and if I need to top up in 30 euro chunks to keep this going then this 20 euros will be stuck there forever.
I would like to know if I can sped the 20 euros on more data allowance as a bolt on for my current plan? If so how do I do this as it's not obvious from the my3 account page?
If this is not possible, I would like to get a refund of the 20 euro, can you let me know how to do this please?

@Mangoman welcome to 3Community. I'd love to help you with this, do you know what plan you are on? The add ons available will depend on your current plan. If you're not sure how to find the name of your plan have a look at our blog All about: My3 and Prepay it shows the steps needed.
