Getting ERR_CONNECTION_RESET on each page load on mobile

Hi therez looking for some help, I am getting the following error message when I open most web pages on my phone . ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. If I reload the page it loads. I have tried this with my sim in multiple phones and I get the same issue.

When I try with wifi I don't get the issue. Can anyone help as it is driving me bananas

I have been getting the same issue since joining three 2 months ago: “ERR_CONNECTION_RESET”.
Almost every web page I open must be reloaded a few times to actually open. Also any apps that use Internet in real time like music apps or youtube are unusable at times. This error is occurring constantly throughout the day, and I mean CONSTANTLY.
I was with eir but their upload speed was being throttled to 0.08mbps at peak times, so I moved to three. But this is worse.

I removed the adult filter to see if it would improve performance - nothing.
I have not exceeded any data limits (~30GB used since I last topped up).

@Billbob @Kev_05836 As you're both using devices that weren't purchased from 3 I'm wondering if this could be down to the APN on your phones. Could you both check which APN you're using? This can generally be found in Network Settings. Let me know 👍

I've noticed if I swap the Preferred Network Type from 2g/3g/4g to 2g/3g the performance improves dramatically. The speed goes down from ~50mbps to ~5mbps but the performance improvement is worth it.

@Billbob @Kev_05836 Thanks for getting back to me! All looks good there so next thing I'd like you both to check is if you have Data Saver switched on? Let me know!

Datasaver is turned off for me.

Yes Android data saver off, Chrome lite mode off, No VPN, No Private DNS

@Billbob @Kev_05836 Thank you both! I'm linking in with the relevant teams on this and I'll be back as soon as I have news for you or if there's any other updates they need 👌

Ok thank you
