Hello, checking the coverage checker map there is currently no 5g in my area at all (Kilmore, Foxford in Mayo) and I also have no 4g indoors - this makes my phone pretty much useless for internet and most app use indoors. When is this going to be rolled out fully and properly in my area as I don't see the point of continuing my subscription with you right now. I also need to get broadband for home use so I would prefer to get all with one provider. Am I right in saying there is also no point getting broadband with you either if you don't have indoor 4g and 5g in my area? Please give an update.

I can understand your frustration phones and the internet is a very important part of our day to day lives.
Using the address you gave I had a look at the coverage checker and what you found is correct, I would agree based on the coverage checker results with only outdoor 4G coverage broadband service would be similar to what you're currently receiving on your phone. However, we work to continuously improve our network and this may change in the future.
Thanks for the reply, it looks like I will have to change provider in this case. It’s unfortunate there is no guarantee anything will change in the future in my area.
