Public IP for 3 Unlimited Broadband SIM Only ?

Hi,

Is there an option to get Public IP for the 3 Unlimited Broadband SIM Only plan?

I just got the SIM card specifically for the purpose of using it with IoT router, but all I'm getting is internally assigned IP. Changing APN didn't make any difference
