I am in D1 (Mountjoy Square). I had great service up until the last couple of week. My connection keeps dropping and it doesn’t matter if I set my broadband router to “AUTO”. “4G” or “3G” - it randomly just drops the connection and I have to connect manually again.

When it’s connected, the 4G speed is much better than it was before which makes me suspect there has been a change to the service.

 

id rather have a slower reliable connection than a faster intermittent service.

@Add_08467, I've checked the planned works list about and don't see anything referring to Mountjoy Square, so I'm moving your post to our Broadband board.

 

Have you by any chance gone through other trouble shooting steps mentioned in our blog?
