What exactly is My3 Auto Registration? It’s a new feature that allows customers to opt in during their purchase journey and have their My3 account created automatically by Three. No extra steps, no hassle.

Opting in for Auto Registration

My3 Auto Registration is now available for customers new to Three who join Three online, in-store or over the phone.

Below is step 1 of Three’s online checkout process. If you’d prefer not to create a My3 account, simply untick the box shown below.

How Auto Registration Works

• Ticking the box enables Three to create a My3 account using the details provided during the purchase.

• Once your order/purchase is complete, you’ll receive the below email from Three, and all that’s left for you to do is click on the CREATE PASSWORD button.

• On the Create Password screen, you’ll need to set up your password and click Confirm

• Create a Passkey. Hate having so many passwords? Then, setting up a passkey would be perfect for you. If you’d prefer to use facial recognition or your fingerprint instead of a password, all you need to do is click Create Passkey

Now your account is available to explore.

Can’t find the email to complete your registration? Don’t worry, you can still complete your registration by following the steps below

* Go to www.three.ie

* Click on XXXXX

* Enter your email address

* Verify your details – an email will be sent to the email address you’ve just entered

I didn’t set up a Passkey when I registered. Can I do it later?
