€1.99 per MB out of bundle charge is absolute robbery!

I accdentally topped up 20 euro for my momthly allowances instead of 25. Less than 10 seconds out the door and 10mb used in Google Maps and all my credit is gone!  I've literally been robbed I can't believe you get away with this. On top of horrrible UI , log in issues constantly and then this. I am adament about leaving three as soon as possible this is the final straw. 4 seconds. 4 seconds is how long it took to use 20 euro of mobile data!

Hey @Macadamienut I can understand why your disappointed but I'd love to help. As you are on a €25 Prepay Plan I would assume this is the Three Connect Complete plan. As per the Prepay Price Plan Guide If you don't have active allowances on this plan, data would be charged at €1.99 per MB so I would recommend making sure you have an active plan if you have credit on your balance to make sure its not used on data which you can do by topping up by €25 in one transaction.
