Hello Support team, I did activate my prepay 20 account on the 29th of October to activate my account and on the 30th of October I did top up 20 euros again to have 20 euros of credit to make international calls. however that 20 euros did not show up, and I contacted the support and the support was extremely rude and kept saying me that I should have not topped up 20 euros, if I top up 20 euros again and again it will just renew my already active and renewed account, This is absolutely stupid, Three dont have the technology to determine if the cycle is already active there for just lodge in the 20 euros as credit so people can make international calls or use it on play store?? Do you know what I mean support team? So the support team told me that because I topped after 1 day of topping 20 euro, it just topped up again and my renewal date is extended 1 more day for the new 20 euros top up, and he cannot do anything about it but he can advise me not to top again 20 euros.
Support team and the community? don't you see something wrong here?

You are correct @Mocak if you're on 3 Prepay 20 and you top up by €20 your plan will automatically be reactivated. This is an automatic process triggered by the top-up of €20.
