20 euro top up

Hi Guys

I just topped up for 20 euro and it says that you have on the plan all data that you can eat and few min later nearly everything i topped up was gone.

Can you advise , please.

@Anna_63355 Hi Anna & welcome to the 3Community. What is the name of the prepaid plan that you're on? You can check this through your My3 account. Can you also check under 'View Events' you'll see a breakdown of your usage & see where your credit was used?

Once you've checked your My3 account pop back to me & I'll look into this further for you.
