3 pay hero - unable to proceed

Hi ,

I'm a broadband customer.

I clicked 'add a line' and wanted to switch my phone (from vodafone) to 3pay hero.

I get to the checkout and cannot proceed and get this message:

 

This product offering is only for Anonymous OR Prepaid customer

 

Does it mean I need to create another account for my phone?

That would be a pain.

 

Order id is :

168254827A

 

It appears in my dashboard as 'open' now

@adrian_10371 Hi Adrian & welcome to the 3Community 😊 To avail of the Hero offer you'll need to create a new account. The reason for this is that you can't have bill pay broadband & a pre pay number listed under the same account as they're different account types.
