Hi I topped up by the required amount on 9th march but did not get any of my benefits.20 euro gone in internet use due to the not applying my allowances..Basically 3 took my money,didn't apply my allowance and then quickly took 20 euro credit from me.The support chat is absolutely useless just goes around in a circle.They. Basically robbed 20 euro from me so I'm pretty annoyed about that
