4G is not working

It’s been an hour since my 4G has stopped working suddenly. Each time i deactivate and reactivate it a warning tells me that mobile data are turned off
and they automatically put me on 3G which doesn’t help, or it’s not working at all. I turned off my phone & checked my settings but nothing has changed and I popped up 3 weeks ago. What is going on ?
