An open letter to Three

Dear Three

In a separate thread we are discussing your termination of the 500MB AddOn. 

Today is 1 May. 

You informed (some of…) us that “…from 3rd May…” this AddOn will cease to exist. 

Well, it already ceases to exist! in fact, you have (apparently) told your staff that this AddOn expired on midnight 27 April. But … you failed to inform your customers of this, rather important, change!

As a result, you are liable to hold to your word and REACTIVATE this AddOn … before the 3rd of May … so that your customers can in fact use this AddOn. Else … this is false advertising!

I might suggest that your 500MB AddOn users call customer care tomorrow (2nd May) to make our voices heard. 

Please: fix this.

@AllanShearer Hi Allan, I've gotten back to your other post but just for anyone else that may see this post. I will leave my response here also.

I have checked with our prepay team regarding the removal of the add-on & you are correct that it add-on should have been removed tomorrow the 3rd of May. Unfortunately, the system change was completed a little earlier than expected on the 28th of April and cannot be changed back. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
