• I've had to deal with both sky and my insurance company this week which used most of my 200 minutes on my prepay plan.
• I'm still on my 2nd week on my cycle, is there a way to buy a few extra minutes on my prepay pla

I'd love to help get you sorted, when you are on the My3 app you should be able to view the add ons on your dashboard and you will be able to purchase an available add on using the credit on your account.
