Can’t receive verification texts from abroad

Hi there,

I have a bank account abroad and I have registered my Three number with them and I was able to receive verification texts from them until two weeks ago. Suddenly I stopped receiving verification texts from the bank and I can’t log in or do any online transactions. Can you please help ASAP? Thank you.

Hey @Dilsad_08519 I'd love to help you with your query here. Firstly I would recommend contacting your bank to make sure they are aware that it's an international number incase they aren't using the +353 code to sent it to Ireland. Have you had issues with other providers or specifically with this bank?

Hi Niall, yes I have contacted the bank and they informed me that there doesn’t seem to be an issue on their side. I assume so as well, since I was able to receive SMS messages from this same bank until two weeks ago without any problems. I have not changed anything on my mobile bank account in terms of my communication preferences or my phone number, so they suggested that I reach out to you.

Hello - I was informed that a ticket REQ344818 was raised for this issue but I haven’t received any updates yet, can someone please help? This is quite urgent for me as I have payments to make but I can’t do any banking transactions. Thank you.

Did you resolve this issue same is happening to me . They told me it’s an issue with the bank but they said other customers receiving codes in Ireland so the issue is with 3 !
