Hi I'm currently abroad and need to text my bank to verify purchases on a credit card. But when I try to validate a purchase via their text security I'm getting the above message error 38 can't send message. I have credit on my account. Can you tell me why this would be happening?
"+353868002000",145 is the current setting for smsc. Is this number right or wrong?
Hi @Maldini this is not what I like to hear but I'd love to help you with this. Are you having issues with sending all texts or just texts to your Bank? And what bank are you trying to text?

I can't send texts to anyone it seems. Or call. I can receive calls and texts. I was talking to support for 2 hours in total and still no solutions. I believe a ticket has been opened on this.
I'm trying to text boi, urgently, but I guess there's zero chance of getting this sorted while I'm away from Ireland

I'm back in Ireland now, couldn't use my phone for banking on my trip. Now that's a bummer.
I assume I'll never find out what the issue was at this stage?
@Maldini Since you've been back in Ireland have you had any issues with verifying any purchases?
With any issue such as this, it is best to have our technical team look into it. I could only guess what the cause was. When you're abroad next time if the same thing occurs send me a PM right away so we can get it looked into.

Everything works ok in Ireland. Just unusable abroad.
I'm now getting a message from three that they need more information on this. A month later.
That's not great in fairness.

Over a month now and still all I hear is we're investigating.
@Maldini Apologies for the delay in getting back to you I missed your message from earlier in the week.
I've checked on the investigation & the team has checked through your account & doesn't see any blocks to prevent you from receiving the verification texts. As you're already back in Ireland they can't do any further testing due to you receiving the texts now. When you're abroad again if it does occur send me a PM & I'll have our team look into it right away.
