Cannot activate my plan

I topped up 25€ but was charged only 20. Used it like thinking I have the plan and got a message my balance is low.

i topped up again hitting 25€ but again only 20€ charged. Then I topped up another 5€ so I can activate my old plan but I cannot. What should I do?

Hey @Laura_88250, thanks for posting here, in order to activate a €25 plan the top up by €25 needs to be done in one transaction however pop through to me here on PM along with your full name, mobile number, address and date of birth and I can check the account for you to see what I can do for you.
