Cannot receive texts on Irish sim when abroad

Hi,
For the last while I have been unable to receive texts on my Irish sim. I can receive calls however. I'm currently abroad. Can you advise how I fix this? Is this a common thing?

Thanks for getting back to me. My texts haven't been working for 3-4 weeks now. So I'm doubtful of it working suddenly.
I contacted support to ask for an update yesterday but they said they had no update, that they were still working on it.

@Maldini What I'm able to do from here, is check the status of the investigation or start a new one. I appreciate that you are waiting on a resolution and it's best to wait for the current investigation to run it's course. Let me know how you get on!

Hi again @Three_Deborah,
I've been talking to support about this a few more times and asked them for an update but still nothing. I have received a text from 3 care saying they need more info. I've given all the info I have. I asked that they contact me via text or email as I don't want to accept an international call when I'm roaming. I asked support to note that on the support ticket, to contact me via text or email only. But again they try to ring.
If it's not gonna be fixed that's ok, I'll just change networks when I get back. Please note my requests on communication on the ticket though.
They clearly have no idea what's going on.
