I cannot send to Globe numbers, shows as not delivered.
Globe is a big provider in Philippines.
I can send ok to Smart provider numbers in Philippnes.
I have called customer service multiple times who keep saying "there is no problem" !
Any idea why I cannot send to Globe numbers?

Is it one number, in particular, you're having trouble contacting in the Philippines or multiple numbers?
Are you having trouble sending messages to numbers in Ireland?
Have you tried sending texts to other countries i.e. England?
When you contacted customer care was an investigation ticket raised to look into the trouble you having?

I only know 2 numbers in Philippines and one works ok and the other does not with Three.
I can send ok to UK and also to ireland.
I can send to both of the Philippines numbers if I use my UK vodaphone sim.
Yes I have a ticket number but they contacted me by text after a week to say "its resolved" but its not resolved.
@Paul_03144 The person you're unable to text in the Philippines have they checked with their provider that the message is being received? If you're able to send to one number it would lead me to believe that the issue is occurring with their provider.
Can I get you to PM me your number, full name, address, & date of birth for the validation of your account? I'll take a look at the investigation results & pop back to you here with the findings.
