Charged for data despite having data block applied

Hello, 

Why does three continue to charge for data usage despite not only having data switched off on my phone, but also having 'data blocked' on my SIM and account. It seems having data blocked doesn't make any difference to having your credit taken by Three.

@Pat777 Hi Patrick, if a data block was added to your account then you shouldn't be able to access it. Can I get you to PM me your number along with your full name, address, & date of birth for the validation of your account & I'll check on the block here for you?
