Charged twice... Again.

hello, I already had a huge problem with that before and I just gave up by the time because the customer service was terrible. I've lost more than 60 euros being charged twice. It's simple: I top up the 20 euros one day before the renewal and when it's time to renew my plan, the money just disappears and I got a text message saying that I don't have enough money in my balance to reactivate my plan! This just happened again with me and I don't care about the money I'd lost last year, I just want this 20 euros back, they were from my rent savings. This is so disrespectful, I'm really disappointed.

Hey @Taynah_pigolli, I'd be delighted to help you here. If you are on the 3 Prepay 20 plan, you would need to top up by €20 in one transaction to activate the plan. From the screenshots, I can see that both of these top-ups were done at two separate times manually and it looks like you used your credit on out of bundle services when your plan expired until you topped up by €20 to activate your plan for a further 28 days on July 11th.

It just happened to me, I pay a 65euros month plan and now in August they charged me 126, that's absurd. If anyone can help me I appreciate.

Did you see anything that looked different or is there any charges that you're not sure about?
