Claim remaining balance after switching to other operator

Hi!

I tried to find this information on 3 website but couldn’t.

How can I collect my remaining prepaid credit balance if I bring my number to another mobile operator?

Thanks

When porting your number away from Three and requesting a refund of the prepay credit remaining when leaving the network, the eligible credit you would be able to receive is a Top-up amount is below the minimum amount required for Plan Activation or a Top-up amount in excess of the minimum amount required for Plan Activation.

For example, if you are on a legacy prepay plan that allows you to apply the €20 to the balance after you have activated the plan, and the cost of the plan activation was €20, then this credit would not be eligible for a refund.

Hey @jack32rj, if you are a prepaid customer who has ported your number from Three in the past 3 months you can contact 1913 or our messaging team here can confirm if your remaining balance is applicable for a refund and process this request for you.

Hi @Three_Niall . Thank you for your reply. Do you know what’s considered applicable?

I have a Legacy plan where I can have up to €120 credit built up for up to 6 months.

Is this balance applicable?

Thanks
