Credit disapeared

Hi,

My credit disappeared on the 16th of March and I got a message saying balance is low.

Can someone get back to me?

Hey @joegdoyle, We are aware that some Three prepay customers experienced issues with call, SMS, and data services on Sunday. The issue has now been fully resolved, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you're still unable to use services as normal, please restart your device, and your service should resume. We can confirm that no customer will lose credit due to this issue, and Three is working to ensure that any impacted customers are credited appropriately in the coming days.

 

I restarted the phone but I still cant make any phone calls

I'd love to try and get this sorted for you, is this happening with all calls, or calls that aren't included in the allowances of the plan because of the credit being depleted?

Yeah but now I need to put more credit on so I can make phone calls.

@joegdoyle I can understand its frustration and as soon as possible all those who were impacted will be appropriately credited.
