Credit disapeared

My credit disappeared on the 16th of March and I got a message saying balance is low.

Can someone get back to me?

If you're still unable to use services as normal, please restart your device, and your service should resume. We can confirm that no customer will lose credit due to this issue, and Three is working to ensure that any impacted customers are credited appropriately in the coming days.

I restarted the phone but I still cant make any phone calls

I'd love to try and get this sorted for you, is this happening with all calls, or calls that aren't included in the allowances of the plan because of the credit being depleted?

Yeah we get credit when Three gets extra payment from their customer. Seems very fair

Quick to take the credit but slow to put it back, still waiting for the credit to be returned and had to put extra credit on so I could make phone calls. We get credit when Three gets extra payment from their customer. Seems very fair
