Detailed Usage function missing from new version of My3 app

The Detailed Usage function, which continues to appear in My3 on the web site, is now missing from the new redesigned version of the My3 iPhone app. It was there for years in previous app versions. When will this function be reinstated?

Hey @NFH I'll be happy to help. To view the detailed usage on your number within My3 you will need to follow these steps.

 

When you log in and you are on the Home Dashboard, select the View all allowances button.

 

From here you will land on the Calls allowances tab and select the purple button that says View full call usage.

 

Once you are in the Usage screen you can swap between the Calls, Texts and Data usage tabs to view the detailed usage. 

Thanks @Three_Niall, but if the user has no allowances, then there's no "View all allowances" button to click on. Instead it says "No allowances to view", which is not clickable.

Hey @NFH thanks for your patience, I have taken this away and while you can't currently see this on the My3 app you will be able to check this by logging into your My3 on a web browser and go to the Detailed Usage section.

Thanks @Three_Niall. This function existed previously in the My3 app. Why was it removed, leaving it only on the web site? When will it be reinstated in the My3 app? New app versions should be a step forwards, not a step backwards.
