ESIM email does not bring QR code

Hi,

I have tried requesting an eSIM and though I got the email saying it has been activated, the email does not bring a QR code… all the images and links seem to be broken, and I have checked the email in both my phone and computer … I am very dissapointed because the answer I got in the chat was to request it again… I have no service in my phone due to this since I made the request

Hey @Deborah_12502 , I'd be delighted to help you here, from looking at the above screenshots it looks like the app that you are using to view the email is not loading the the images correctly. I would recommend attempting to open the email on a web browser on your phone rather than through an email app and this should allow you to activate the QR Code.

I am having the exact same issue and using a web browser on both my laptop and my phone did not solve the issue

Hey @Nick_99 I'd love to help get this resolved for you, when you are advising that you are getting the same error as in the post are you getting the same "Email is not displaying correctly?" message as in the screenshot above?

If you are continuing to receive this message in your browser firstly I would recommend that you are using the default website for the email inbox eg Gmail if you are using a Gmail account. If this doesn't work for you then you may also need to clear the cookies and cache on your browser for it to load the image.

hi i'm having the same issue across multiple devices and my physical sim has turned off - need my phone for work can you please help

Hi there, @Scott_80438. Welcome to 3Community. Are you still having difficulties, or have you reached out to customer care for assistance? If you still need help I'd be happy to help.

Hi, I'm having the exact same issue - have tried several browsers and cleared cookies but I see no QR code in the email that says my sim activation request is complete.  My regular sim has been deactivated now so I'm in limbo.  Rang customer service and was told to re-start the whole process of requesting an esim, but there doesnt seem to be much point if the same issue is going to arise

Oh scratch that - just received an email from three with a QR code.  Dont know if that was you @Three_Stacey or a happy coincidence.  Either way thanks a million, problem solved  👍
