I know I should be able to find them in MY3, but no luck so far. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you
Am a bit surprised by the reply from Three.
I thought that a shop keeper is legally obliged to provide a receipt to every customer - legally. This is mandatory; Not optional.
Here , we are paying Three online. Should every transaction not be receipted in some way ? Am I missing something ?
Receipts for Bill pay as a feature etc.No. Every customer must be acknowledged , no matter whether they are bill pay or Prepay . Please correct me if I am wrong.
Thanks
Sunny
Hey @Singy, thanks for commenting here and I'd be happy to explain this to you.
With Bill Pay, customers would receive a bill each month which would explain their charges for the month, the amount due and the due date. This wouldn't be a receipt for the payment as the payment would be either taken on the due date if direct debit is set up or it would be paid manually by the customer. The payment history would be available to view via My3.
With Pre Pay, customers wouldn't receive a bill and instead would have the option to top up every 28 days (plan dependant) to reactive the plan and the associated allowances. Similar to Bill Pay, you can also check your top up history by logging into your My3 app.
