I just topped up on the 13th of March and no data!!!

I just topped up on the 13th of March and no data!!!

I topped up on the 13th of March, that was 3 days ago. It's now saying I have no Internet when I'm meant to have "All You Can Eat". I'm in hospital at the moment so this is really frustrating. Why is this happening ?

The issue has now been fully resolved, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you're still unable to use services as normal, please restart your device, and your service should resume. We can confirm that no customer will lose credit due to this issue, and Three is working to ensure that any impacted customers are credited appropriately in the coming days.
