I noticed that my mobile data suddenly stopped working around 2 AM yesterday. Just in case, I topped up €20. However, I later realized that I had already topped up earlier, so the additional €20 should not have been deducted.
When I checked today (March 16), I saw that the €20 was missing. I would like to get that amount refunded. Could you please look into this issue?

Hey @Jihyun_37858 , We are aware that some Three prepay customers experienced issues with call, SMS, and data services on Sunday. The issue has now been fully resolved, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you're still unable to use services as normal, please restart your device, and your service should resume. We can confirm that no customer will lose credit due to this issue, and Three is working to ensure that any impacted customers are credited appropriately in the coming days.
Also, I just wanted to let you know, I removed your personal details as it's best not to post personal details in public and I've also moved your post to a more appropriate thread.

Hey @Shivaprasad_54657 if your plan activation amount is less than €15 I would recommend checking your My3 account to check if your credit was used on calls, texts or data?
