Legacy plan and number porting

Hi,

I recently ported to a new network but tried to cancel my port when I found out I would lose my legacy plan. Despite assurances from the Vodafone that the port would not go ahead the port happened anyway.

I want to port back and ensure I haven't lost my legacy plan as I contacted both three and Vodafone prior to porting to cancel same.

Is there any way you can help me with same?

@Add_00487 Hi there, I'm sorry to hear this!  You could port back to Three, but on one of our newer plans. You see, you'd be considered a "new" customer and legacy plans are no longer available.

I'd love to help and where porting back is concerned I could guide you but as for the legacy plan, my hands are tied on that one.
