Need help enabling a Public IP on my 5G Broadband

Hey @Three_Niall, after scouring the internet it seems you're the man to talk to about this. I think, like everyone else, I can't just PM you so apologies for hijacking this thread. I'm trying to get a public IP on my 5G broadband. I've phoned 1913 and they've recommended a business account instead. I don't need a static IP just a public IP, is that something that is still available for personal broadband? If so could you possibly help?
