Need to access broadband account.

Hi,

I cannot access my broadband account here. I have login details for my payg account but I cannot access my broadband account which is the 3 Broadband Unlimited 5G, I want to link to my three profile, or at the very least get access to the broadband account online.

Hey @Shauny_2010 , I'd love to help get this sorted for you. To add your broadband account to your My3 app all you need to do is Log into your My3 account, select the silhouette icon on the top right of the screen and select Manage Profile from the dropdown menu. From here scroll down and select Manage My Account, and on the next screen you will have the option to Add An Account and once you validate your account you can switch between your broadband and phone plan on the one My3 login. 

I tried that, it asks for the a mobile number so I used the sim card number used for the broadband 08x xxxxxxx but i got the following message. Oh no. It looks like your details can't be validated. Our team is here to support you. Visit https://www.three.ie/contact-us/chat/ for help.

Thanks @Shauny_2010, I have removed your personal details from the post as this is  a public post. When you get the above error is this after entering the number or were you asked for more information for validation after this? Also did this happen online or the My3 app?

It was after entering the mobile number, I wasn't asked for anything else. I was from online, not the app.

I have checked this here for you and there isn't a known issue that would be stopping this for you. Can you try this again and enter the mobile broadband number beginning with 08 rather than the number written on the SIM card.

I used the number from the router. I texted a message to myself to check if it was correct, and it is. I don't know what number is written on the sim, I don't have access to it as it is in the outdoor ZTE MC7010 router which is up on the gable of my house.

Apologies @Shauny_2010, I assumed by SIM Card number you meant the number on the SIM itself, can you pop through to me here on PM along with your full name, broadband number, address, date of birth and a screenshot of the error and I can check this further for you.
