This morning my phone had zero services. I attempted to top up but nothing worked. I went to a three-store and was told there was nothing they could do and to call the support line.
I spent a lifetime on the phone to support. They said there is no record of my attempts to top-up this morning and no money was taken - my bank would disagree (€30 was debited). Their solution was to top-up (again) by €10 - which is a contradiction of what they just told me:
This all comes after the fact that shortly after 6am yesterday my account started automatically charging me €6.06 for data - sometimes the charges are seconds apart. It continued to happen into this morning - which is when my service died. With no service, I couldn't check my account - which sent me in circles of the store, the support line and now the forum.
The €72 is just the multiple charges of €6.06... in total it's €86 on data. I've also topped up by €60 (€30 today and €30 yesterday). That's €146.
Who do I contact to look at my account and refund the charges?
