Not able to text competition

Hi 

I have been unable to enter text competitions for the last 3/ 4 months. When I text the number (57557) I get a reply saying not sent please try again when I do I get a popup "can't send message with 3-error 33". 

I'm not sure why this is happening as I was able to text in for awhile.  

I had a look at the other threads with the same issue and deleted the message threads and the phone number tried to text it again did not work 

I just topped up my credit also so I know I have enough to send it in.

Hi @Add_17767 👋 thanks for reaching out to us here on 3Community. When was the last time that you tried to text 57557? Was this after your top up? 

Have you checked your balance, these texts are chargeable so you have to have enough credit on your account to send them. You can check your balance through your My3 account click here for a step by step guide on where to find your balance.
