Number Porting Failed, Please Help

Hi I’m a new Three customer that just switched over from Vodafone a week ago and wanted to keep my number.My old number still hasn’t been transferred to my Three account. Any help at all is appreciated.

Are you still having difficulties? Do you know did Customer Care forwarded your details to our tech team for investigation? If they did do you have the reference number? With the ref no I can check on the progress.

 

 

Two weeks in and going in the same loop that many here are experiencing.  Do Three not have a "lessons learned" document that helps to get people ported?  I have Three agents submitting requests for me, every one enters the same detail and is surprised when it fails!
