I got a message saying my number was to be removed if I didn't make a billable charge. I texted 6 days ago at a cost of 20 cent so why am I receiving this message?

Can I get you to check your emails? On Friday last week an updated email was sent to some customers to advise due to a systems error, an SMS was sent in error on Thursday advising of your number removal. Please disregard the SMS, we apologise for any confusion this may have caused.
