OnePlus 8 Pro Not compatible with 5G on Three in Ireland

Hi there,

Is there any reason why the OnePlus 8 Pro isn't compatible with the 5G network in Ireland?
The band Three uses is N78 which is supported by the device.
I paid for a 5G booster and bought the device but for some reason it isn't compatible.

Of course not, I'm not topping up by 10 euro, to put on a & euro add on, just to check if something may or may not work.

Well I just added the 5g for 5euro. And ya I'm pleasantly surprised. It still doesn't work. What a joke

@Raymond121 @DAN4125 Can you both check your software versions for me? The latest version released is 11.0.3.3, have you both updated your software to this version? Let me know 👍

Make sure you are on 11.03.3, try it with only one sim card in the phone. I'm not sure if it works with dual sim. If you see 2g/3g/4g/5g (automatic) in the sim settings, it's working.it started working for me with the previous update.

It's working perfectly now. On 3. Just make sure you update too the 3.3 update
