Since September 2022 I havent been able to view my customer dashboard on both my3 web and the my3 app. The photos attached shows what displays when I try to view the dashboard to view my balance or when I try to change my prepay phone plan.
I have re-registered, and changed password so many times.
Has anyone been able to fix this.
@aero1974 Hi there, let's get this checked out for you. Can I get you to check your app store & make sure that your app is up to date? If your app is up to date can I get you to PM me your full name, address, number, & date of birth for the validation of your account?
