Hi 3 support..
I've signed up pre pay plan to pay 25 euro every 28 days for unlimited data calls etc..
I only paid 25 euro over a week ago, and they're saying my balance is low... . I can't get through to anyone and have family in hospital..
I even tried topping up.. but it wouldn't allow me.. very frustrated ! Any help much appreciated please..

The issue has now been fully resolved, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you're still unable to use services as normal, please restart your device, and your service should resume. We can confirm that no customer will lose credit due to this issue, and Three is working to ensure that any impacted customers are credited appropriately in the coming days.
