Prepay 20 All You Can Eat Data Fair Usage limit??

I am on Prepay 20 which includes all you can eat data and I was told there is no fair usage limit on this now. I recently received a text telling me that I was nearing my monthly data limit, has the policy now changed and a fair usage policy been reinstated?

@David_08004 Hi David, not to worry our All You Can Eat data is still unlimited with no fair usage limit. What is the make & model of the phone you're using? Was it a text message or phone notification that you got letting you know about the data limit? Can you let me know what was written about nearing your limit?

Hi Shane, I am using an iPhone 6. It was a text message I received, it said something along the lines of you have used xxxx of your 1200000kb limit and it looked like I was very close to the limit. I now have no data connection, althought I have topped up again. I do have a strong 4g signal.

Hi @David_08004 thanks for sharing the details of the text. As you're using an iPhone please reset your network settings. You'll find this in your settings - General - Reset - Network settings.
