I have 9 days left on my €20 prepay plan, I got a text to say my balance was low and all my allowances have disappeared. I had a GPRS charge for the remaining balance of my credit late last night too, seems that a lot of people are having a similar issue.
My plan is back and I have mobile data access but the credit that was taken hasn't been returned yet, hopefully they sort that out soon!

Hey @SH93, We are aware that some Three prepay customers experienced issues with call, SMS, and data services on Sunday. The issue has now been fully resolved, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you're still unable to use services as normal, please restart your device, and your service should resume. We can confirm that no customer will lose credit due to this issue, and Three is working to ensure that any impacted customers are credited appropriately in the coming days.
