Public ip address

Hi can I get a public ip address enabled for my account. I use to link ddns and it's stopped working since I changed to three.

@John_18979 Hi John & welcome to the 3Community. Can you confirm is your plan one of the listed below:

3 Broadband Unlimited
3 Prepay Broadband
3Business Broadband Advanced
3Business Broadband Express
3Business MBB Ultimate
3 Unlimited Broadband SIM Only

If you're unsure of your plan log into your My3 account to confirm it. If your plan matches any of the above we can enable the public IP feature. If your plan isn't listed then unfortunately the public IP is not available.

@John_18979 Thanks for confirming. In regards to the public IP, this isn't a service we offer on any of our mobile plans & only on select broadband plans as listed above.

Hi Shane I had it on my previous mobile plan. €20 unlimited data plan and the credit stays in the account.  It was a dynamic public ip. As the current IP is on a cgnat range it's causing issues. With access my phone remotely. Which I need to do. If needed I can pm you my previous number (as I had to change to get the hero plan. ) And you will be able to view the details of it.

@John_14532 The plan you're referring to is our old 3Prepay plan which is no longer available. We don't offer a public/dynamic IP service as part of any of our old or new plans. PM me your number & I'll check on both accounts for you. I'll pop back to you here then once it's done.
